Mission Statement
Empower women & the community through education, skills development, and community support. Provide resources and programs that promote self-reliance, leadership, and personal growth. Engage in community outreach activities, including but not limited to charitable donations, support for underserved populations, and organizing events for community & women’s empowerment. To support families impacted by drug addiction, mental illness, and those transitioning from the criminal justice system by providing essential resources and services, to empower individuals and families in recovery through the provision of clothing, food, job search assistance, and skill-building opportunities, including resume writing, interview preparation, and professional attire. While committed to facilitating access to additional community resources, fostering resilience, and supporting lasting recovery and reintegration.

The Cincinnati Chapter of PWEO is dedicated to empowering women and their families by providing the support, education, and resources they need to thrive despite life’s challenges. We are committed to self-reliance, leadership development, and personal growth, ensuring every woman finds her strength and voice.
We believe that through education, community support, and access to essential resources, we can help women and families build a brighter future.
We take a hands-on approach to empowerment, offering:
Women’s Skills & Leadership Development – Training programs in entrepreneurship, leadership, and financial literacy.
Community Outreach & Support – Providing clothing, food, and career-building assistance to underserved populations.
Family & Recovery Services – Helping families affected by drug addiction, mental illness, and criminal justice transitions with resources for reintegration.
Youth & Education Support – Scholarships, mentorship, and personal development for young women pursuing education and career goals.
Every year, the Cincinnati Chapter makes a tangible difference in the lives of countless women and families. We provide:

We are an empowered group of women, purposed to empower. Empower Women with the affirming “I am's” to help us tap into our inner Goddess to achieve greatness, overcome adversities, and birth new ideas surrounding, mental, physical, spiritual, and financial wellness leading to success.
